Montavia is a word taken straight from Latin. "Mont" of course means mountain, and "Avia", is the root word for "Aviation" and also refers to things that fly. Toucans come in 2 sizes and both are frequent visitors to the trees around the house, along with a vast range of local and migrating birds, including some types that are endangered and/or rare. Montavia is their safe haven.
